Each piece has personal meaning to me and many pieces are moments in time from family vacations that have brought me so much joy. More About My Custom Art Greeting Cards and Slate Signs
LANDSCAPES: The landscapes that I painted include a gray house on the water at sunset on Martha's Vineyard, a red barn in VT, orange flowers at Endicott Estate in Dedham, Ma, & 3 other landscapes from my imagination.
HYDRANGEAS: I took photographs of hydrangeas and then painted on the edges to create an illusion that the flower is coming out of the photograph.
SLATE SIGNS: I have been selling my cards at a shop in Medfield, Ma called "Accents" (it is worth the trip on Rt. 109 to see what beautiful items they have). The owner asked me if I would paint some welcome signs for her, and that is how I began painting on slate - and I LOVE IT!
